Delivery Information & Disclamers

  • For most items under 2kg, shipping is RM10 within West Malaysia. For items over 2kg, delivery within West Malaysia on average is RM25. However, this rule cannot always be applied due to some products are too large or too heavy to ship with rm25. For KL and Selangor, delivery for small items are straight forward (RM10), but large and heavy items will need special arrangement.
  • As for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), the shipping cost will be determined after an order is placed. We will weight the items according to rate from Pos Laju or an courier service you prefer, and bill you accordingly. Best that we communicate closely before you place an order.
  • Item(s) will only be shipped after full payment being received and identified by the seller.
  • Buyers have the full responsibility to provide the seller with the correct delivery address.
  • Any changes of address after check out will not be considered to be valid.
  • DIGICOLOR ONLINE will not be liable for any delay, losses, and/or damages of item(s) due to changes of delivery address after check out of the item(s) and mistakes by the buyers.
  • All shipping fees quoted in corresponding listings include postage, tracking, and handling fees.
  • Item(s) will only be delivered during normal business hours (between 9:00am - 5:00pm) weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, and after business hours.
  • DIGICOLOR ONLINE will not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to goods in transit.
  • Re-delivery fee will be charged on buyers for item(s) that are undeliverable and/or returned to the seller as a result of incorrect delivery details or unsuccessful delivery.
