    Digicolor has established itself in the photography business for well over a decade. We specialised in Photography Equipment, Colour Processing and Studio Photography. We have factory which manufactures our goods and ships to many South-East Asia countries and several Western countries.

    In recent years, we have expanded our business into videography and broacasting. We are now becoming the distributor of various video equipment like the Video Cranes, Video Lightings, Camera Tracks, Video Tripods, DSLR Video Stabilizers/Rigs, Sliders and more.

    Our motto of business: Customer Satisfaction Is Our Priority. We are here to provide good service, affordable price, personal attention, and wide range of quality products.

  3. Why should you buy online? Why should you trust us?

  4. What is the different between Normal Membership and Premium Membership?

    The Normal Membership is FREE. In order to able to purchase products from us, you need to create an username and password at our website so that we can keep your basic information - such as your name and shipping address. Premium Membership on the other hand is RM20 per application. It offers many more special privileges than normal membership does not - such as point reward system, special discount on selected items, and invitation to special events we organise. You will receive a membership card when you apply for the Premium Membership.

  5. How can you make online payment?

    You may use your creditcard (such as Visa and Mastercard) to make online purchases. All our transactions are process through ipay88. You can use different cash deposit method using banking services, however, you will need to present your bank-in receipt to us through email ([email protected]). Our Maybank acc no. is 5141 2362 5086 under DG Color Imaging System Sdn Bhd.

  6. What is the cost for shipping / delivery?

    You may use our shipping calculator in the shopping cart to estimate the cost. For most items under 2kg, shipping is RM10 within West Malaysia. For items over 2kg, delivery within West Malaysia on average is RM25. However, this rule cannot always be applied due to some products are too large or too heavy to ship with rm25.

    As for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), the shipping cost will be within RM20 for smaller items. Best that you use our shipping calculator.

  8. What is DGP? What can you do with DGP you accumulated?

    DGP stands for DIGICOLOR POINTS. It is the reward system available only to Premium Membership holders. With every RM 1 spent online, 1 DGP will be rewarded. Every DGP is equivalent to RM 0.01, and with accumulation, you may redeem for any products that is in our online shop.

  9. Why does it take so long for my items to arrive?

    This could due to numerous reasons. But few could be more frequent. One: We do not operate on Saturday and Sunday, and therefore orders made on late Friday will only be processed on coming Monday. Two: Busy traffic when too many customers order at the same time. We will improve upon this matter when online department is expanded.

  10. How can you file complaints?

    There are several ways you can do this. We welcome any criticism if it meant to improve our service. One: call our headquater at 03-6250-7782 to bring up the issue.   11. Must you register to the site to enable purchasing from us?

    Yes. This is the only way our web system works. It is also safer as the system has a record of our transaction. Although it is possible to do purchase offline, we do not encourage it.

  12. What is the operating hours of the shop and the online service?

    Our Shop: Mon-Fri 10am-6.30pm, Sat 10am-5pm, Sun closed. Our Online Delivery Service: Mon-Fri 11am-6pm. Sat and Sun closed.
